She's the creator, coder, tester, designer, and dreamer behind the app that connects artists, murals, and creative spaces everywhere.
Local ARTbeat started right here in Eastern North Carolina, mapping our region's public art and creative energy; but it's open to artists and art lovers around the world. The more people who join, the stronger our creative network grows.

As our Videographer, Derrick helps bring the art of Eastern North Carolina to life; capturing artists, public pieces, and behind-the-scenes moments from our Capture Tour. His work turns movement, light, and emotion into lasting visuals that share the heart of our local creative community.

Izzy manages online connections across Eastern North Carolina, sharing stories, spotlighting artists, and helping grow the digital heartbeat of our creative community. She also helps test new updates to the Local ARTbeat app to ensure everything runs smoothly for users.
Through her work, Izzy helps bridge the gap between public art and the people who experience it, reminding us that every mural, sculpture, and creative space starts with connection.
